Old-world roots meet modern sensibility at Sun of Wolf
Sun of Wolf's pozole verde is a vegan twist on the classic meat Mexican stew. The Palo Alto restaurant prepares their pozole with a salsa verde base, vegetable broth, serrano peppers and roasted poblano peppers. The dish is topped with toasted pumpkin seeds, seared panela cheese, oyster mushrooms sautéed in shallots and white wine, hominy corn, watermelon radish, red cabbage and housemade masa tortilla chips.
