Interested in food preservation?

Master Food Preservers of San Mateo and San Francisco Counties sponsor a series of free classes every year, online and in person. Taught by students who went through their multi-week training program, the classes offer an expert take on techniques that elevate your food and cooking to new levels of taste and satisfaction.

Dehydrating for Backpacking
Tuesday, May 24th 4PM - 5 PM

This online class will teach different ways to put together meals and trail snacks and how to portion what you make for your backpack and camp trips.
