Colleges still accepting applications

Did you apply to college and are not satisfied with your outcomes?

Did you have a change of heart and decide you want to apply to college but you thought it was too late?

Well, you are in luck!

For the past 33 years, the National Association for College Admissions Counseling (NACAC) posts a College Openings Update. This is an online search tool that lists colleges still accepting applications. The list is extensive and will continue to grow as student's decisions shift from being on the waitlist to accepting a spot at their respective campus of choice.

Continue to check NACAC's site for updates. As of now, hundreds of colleges are listed.

For example, on NACAC's site, when searching California, there are currently 17 colleges still accepting applications from qualified students. These are colleges that are in addition to the California Community Colleges that comprise 115 campuses across the state and serves 2.1 million students annually.

It is never too late to think about post-secondary plans. Whether that be a traditional 4-year Bachelor's degree, a 2-year Associate's degree, or a certificate in a trade, your future is yours to decide.

Democracy.
What is it worth to you?
