We loved it too! My kids are playing "pin the star on the wizard" -- the wizard had a big blue cape and my 3YO even changed his secret password from "Peter Pan" to "Daniel" (the name of the young man who starred in the show.) If there had been two shows we would have gone back for another dose. They also play something called "Eeny Meeny Miney Mo Bat Queen!"

We are lucky enough to have a young (6YO) dancer in the show and will testify that the school is a marvel of discipline and love. My husband photographed the dress rehearsals and while we didn't mean to hang out late into the night with our little ones, the kids refused to go home, preferring the watch the story over and over as the dancers worked to make the transition from the two tiny rooms they usually work in to the magnificent stage of the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts. It seems like everything we want our kids to learn is contained in preparing for such a show -- discipline, respect, communication, dedication, hardwork, showmanship, cooperation, etc. - and we feel very lucky indeed.

Not to mention lucky to be in Mountain View where we keep stumbling on spirit, smarts and talent. Our neighborhood doesn't yet have a name but we feel as Johnny Depp's Wonka says to Charlie "just lucky to be here."

My friends and family also really liked the Winter Fairytale Ballet.I would recomend going to the next concert. The Bayer Ballet Academy also makes a summer show. The decoractions were very interesting. All the young performers danced beautifully.
