Incumbents John Inks and Mike Kasperzak will keep their seats on the City Council, joined by John McAlister and Chris Clark.

While the order shifted as ballots were tallied -- Inks was in fourth place in early returns, while Kasperzak led -- the two men seeking another term on the council emerged as top vote-getters when all 33 precincts were counted.

Challengers Margaret Capriles and Jim Neal trailed in fifth and sixth place in the race for four seats on the seven-member council.
