Police arrested a 48-year-old Folsom man last week after he entered a hospital on Castro Street and allegedly caused a disturbance and refused to leave the building.
At around 10 a.m. on Aug. 14, Jeffrey Faravelli walked into the Kaiser Permanente medical offices at 555 Castro St. He allegedly was acting belligerent and caused a disturbance on the third floor of the facility, and refused to leave when asked by Kaiser security, according to Sgt. Saul Jaeger of the Mountain View Police Department.
Faravelli refused to leave the facility again when contacted by police officers, and staff requested that he be arrested for trespassing, said Jaeger. He was arrested and booked into San Jose Main Jail.
Jaeger said security staff at Kaiser told police that Faravelli has a history of being disruptive. There was no indication that Faravelli was drunk, he said.
